1/2 C. hot water

1/3 C. applesauce

1 1/2 C. cornmeal

3 -C. whole-wheat flour

Mix oatmeal, hot water & applesauce for 5 minutes then add rest of ingredents to make stiff dough. Bake in 325° oven for 50 minutes in a greased pan.
